HOME CITY : Saint Petersburg
Formed in 1998 in St Petersburg. From the onset they aimed to play a more 'western' style of rock music.
In 2002, punk.ru called M & R "Breakthrough group of the year. " And in 2003 the magazine rockmusic.ru awarded the group "Best Live Band of the Year.". They have participated in various festivals, and frequent tours of Russia and abroad got them well known. Being independent from any record labels, M & R opted for to create their own independent record label "D_STROY", who have released most of their releases.
The group officially disbanded in 2010
